Meta Ads built around WhatsApp for a Dubai document-attestation firm — putting the offer in front of people who needed a specific document handled, and letting them start the conversation in one tap.

The brief

Start more conversations.
Keep each one cheap.

Seal & Signature Business Services LLC is a Dubai-based document attestation and business services firm — degree equivalency, MOFA attestation, power of attorney, and related paperwork for residents and businesses across the UAE.

It is a category defined by urgency and specificity. Someone needs a particular document attested, usually on a deadline, and they want to know two things fast: can you handle this exact document, and what will it cost? That is a conversation, not a form fill — and in this market the conversation happens on WhatsApp.

So the campaigns were built to produce conversations, not clicks. Two service-specific campaigns, each naming the document it solved for, routing straight into WhatsApp.

What worked

Four decisions behind the numbers.

1

The channel matters more than the funnel

In the UAE, buyers with a document problem want to ask one question — "can you attest my degree certificate?" — and get an answer. Sending that person to a form, an email, then a callback adds friction at the exact moment intent is highest. Routing ads straight into WhatsApp removed the gap between the question and the answer.

2

Name the document, not the service

A generic "attestation services" offer competes with everyone. Splitting into Degree Equivalency and MOFA & POA meant each ad named the specific document the reader was holding. Both campaigns landed near AED 2 per conversation — the specificity is what kept them there.

3

Volume and cost pull against each other — pick deliberately

MOFA & POA produced 24% more conversations than Degree Equivalency, but each one cost 19% more. Neither is "the winner." One buys efficiency, the other buys volume, and knowing which lever you are pulling is the difference between managing an account and just running it.

4

Efficiency is not a function of budget

Total spend across both campaigns was AED 2,778.97 — modest by any standard. It still returned 248,191 impressions and 1,205 conversations, at an AED 11.20 CPM. Tight targeting and specific creative did the work that a bigger budget is usually asked to do.

Channel documentedMeta Ads

Seal & Signature is an active Provixon client. This case study documents the Meta Ads channel only — other channels in the engagement are still too early to report on honestly.

Why it matters

Meet buyers in the channel they already use.

Most acquisition advice assumes a landing page and a form. That assumption quietly costs you every buyer who wanted to ask one question before committing — and in plenty of markets, that is most of them.

The work here was not clever targeting tricks. It was matching the campaign to how the purchase actually happens: name the exact problem, open the conversation where the buyer already is, and answer fast. The cost per conversation followed from that.

That same decision — routing demand into a channel that converts, then automating the capture and follow-up behind it — is what we build in an AI automation engagement.
