Retainers sell ongoing execution. The Demand Machine is a build engagement with a clear hand-off. You own the system at the end.
You need budget for at least one paid channel during the build. We do not build pure organic systems — they take too long for the kind of operator we work with.
We adapt to whatever stack you already trust. We do not push a specific CRM or automation tool unless what you have is genuinely broken.
You either keep us on a defined operate retainer or take it fully in-house. Both are explicit options in the contract.
