WhatsApp automation services

WhatsApp automation for service businesses, with a human at the end of it.

Qualification, routing, CRM sync and a clean handoff to a person, built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform for service businesses still running sales through one phone and a lot of manual typing. Founder-led and remote-first, for businesses in any market.

This is capability, described plainly. We do not publish an automation result yet. For what we do have documented, see our case studies. Working in the UAE? See the UAE page.

What it covers

Six parts of a WhatsApp automation build.

Instant qualification

The three or four questions your team asks every lead by hand, asked automatically before a person needs to type a word.

Structured data collection

Answers captured in a consistent format instead of buried in chat history nobody can search later.

Routing to the right person

Enquiries assigned by service, urgency or availability, not by whoever happens to be holding the phone.

CRM and system connection

WhatsApp conversations synced into whatever you already run, including CRMs the big platforms do not natively cover.

Multilingual conversations

Templates and flows built and configured for your customer base, in the languages they use.

Human handoff, on purpose

A flow that knows when to stop and hand the conversation to a person, with the context already captured.

What it is built on

App vs platform, and where automation actually lives.

The free WhatsApp Business app supports one primary phone plus up to four linked devices, enough for a small team to share a number, but with no CRM connection or structured automation. The WhatsApp Business Platform (the API) is the infrastructure automation is built on. If you already use the app and are unsure whether to move, our coexistence guide explains the option of running one number on both.

If the problem is not automation but ownership, a team inbox where every enquiry has a named owner and a clock, that is what Provixon Connect is built for. It is in pilot build.

Before you book

WhatsApp automation, answered.

Software that handles the repeatable first steps of a WhatsApp conversation: asking qualifying questions, capturing answers, routing the enquiry to the right person and syncing it to your CRM, then handing over to a human when judgement is needed.
A chatbot answering FAQs is one small piece. Most of the value is structured qualification, routing and CRM sync, the parts that remove manual work, not just add a reply button.
Not in the way a CRM or chatbot needs. The WhatsApp Business app supports one primary phone plus up to four linked devices, with no CRM connection or structured automation. Automation runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API), usually through a provider.
Sometimes. Meta offers coexistence through an eligible provider, which lets one number run on the Business app and the API. It depends on your number and devices, and we tell you plainly whether it fits. Our coexistence guide explains what syncs and what does not.
Meta charges per delivered message. Templates are charged by category and country, and since 1 October 2026 service messages (replies inside the 24-hour window) are free for the first 1,000 a month per phone number, then charged at the country’s utility rate. Meta bills these fees to your business. Rates and worked examples are in our October 2026 guide below. Our own fee for building and running the automation is separate and depends on scope.
Not yet. This is a newer part of the practice, and we publish only results we can document. What we do have is a documented Meta Ads to WhatsApp result for a UAE client, which is paid-media proof, not automation proof, and we do not blur the two.
