Overview
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data Provixon holds about you. This includes data collected via the Phantom Audit form, direct email correspondence, and any data accessed through Facebook or Meta integrations. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what to expect.
What data we hold
Depending on how you have interacted with Provixon, we may hold:
- Your name, email address, website URL, and business information submitted via the Phantom Audit form
- Email correspondence and its contents
- Ad account data, campaign data, and performance insights accessed via the Meta/Facebook Ads API (where you authorised a Meta integration)
- Contact form submissions
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:
- Email hello@provixon.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your engagement or form submission
- If your request relates to a Meta/Facebook integration, include your Facebook account name or ad account ID so we can locate the relevant data
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
Revoking Facebook / Meta access
If you connected your Facebook or Meta account to Provixon services, you can immediately revoke our API access at any time — independently of submitting a deletion request here.
To revoke access:
- Go to your Facebook Business Integrations settings
- Find Provixon in the list of connected apps
- Click Remove to immediately revoke all API access
Revoking access stops any future data access. To delete data already collected, please also submit an email deletion request as described above.
What happens after deletion
- All personal data associated with your request will be permanently deleted from Provixon's systems
- Any Meta/Facebook data accessed via the API will be deleted from our records
- We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Note: we may retain minimal data where legally required (e.g. invoicing records for tax purposes), which will be noted in our confirmation
Your rights under UK GDPR
In addition to deletion, you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@provixon.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
