Terms of Service

These terms govern the services Provixon delivers to its clients. By engaging Provixon — whether through a Phantom Audit, a Demand Machine build, or any retainer arrangement — you agree to the terms below.

Provixon delivers diagnostic and strategy services only. This includes Phantom Audits, Demand Machine builds, and operate-phase retainers. We do not act as an advertising agency, do not run ads on your behalf as a media buyer, and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Services are delivered on a project and retainer basis. Each engagement is defined by a written scope, deliverables and timeline agreed in advance. There are no open-ended retainers without a documented scope.

Payment is made in USD via Wise. Invoicing terms are agreed per engagement and stated on each invoice.

Provixon makes no guarantees of leads, revenue, or any specific commercial outcome. We deliver the work scoped in your engagement; outcomes depend on factors outside our control including your offer, your sales execution, market conditions and your operational follow-through.

Strategy documents, diagnostics, system designs and other deliverables produced specifically for your engagement become your property once invoices are settled in full. Reusable Provixon frameworks, templates and methodologies remain the property of Provixon.

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver the engaged services. We expect the same in return for any Provixon methodologies or materials shared with you during the engagement.

Provixon's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business-loss damages.

Where Provixon services involve connecting to third-party platforms — including Meta's advertising platform via the Ads Connector — use of those integrations is subject to the relevant platform's terms in addition to these terms. Specifically:

• Use of any Meta/Facebook integration is subject to Meta's Platform Terms
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected ad accounts and pages complies with Meta's advertising policies
• Provixon accesses Meta data only to the extent authorised by you and required to deliver the engaged services
• You may revoke access at any time via your Facebook Business Integrations settings

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
